The main coach depot in Berlin is
in the west of the city at the Funkturm (Radio and TV broadcasting
tower) and is called ZOB (Zentral Omnibusbahnhof). This is located
at the corner of Messedamm and Masurenallee in Charlottenburg.
Facilities include a Left Luggage service - open from 05.30 till
21.30; toilets (inc. disabled facilities); car rental; taxi rank;
parking; a large waiting room; newsagents and snack bars; and,
of course, ticket office (Visa accepted) for long distance coaches
and public transport within the city. ZOB is on the U-Bahn (Kaiserdamm)
and S-Bahn (Witzleben) network, and also served by busses 104,
149, 204 and X21.
